Chappy's all began with the idea to make my own beef jerky. I thought I would give it a try as I like to make a variety of different foods. Each time I made it friends and family would love it and ask for more. I kept perfecting my recipe and trying new flavors out. Every time I made some jerky I would get requests for more. Eventually people were offering to buy the supplies needed to make them their own batches of jerky! Due to all of that, Chappy's was created! When someone says you have a product good enough to sell you take it as a compliment. Lo and behold, they really meant it!
